How We Work
We finish what we start.
Most studios hand over a set of drawings and step back. We don’t. Noble House carries a project through every stage — concept and space planning, FF&E specification and custom joinery, documentation, procurement and delivery — and stays on site through installation until the room is finished.
That continuity is the whole point. The people who draw the detail are the people who see it built, so nothing is lost between a drawing and a finished room — whether it’s a hotel refurbishment against a fixed handover date or a family home you’ll live in for years.
What We Do
Two practices, one studio.
Noble House Design has been designing interiors from the Gold Coast since 1992. Commercial work for hotel operators, developers and venue owners, and residential work for private homes, both run out of the one Bundall studio — and both are delivered the same way: designed, specified, procured and installed by the people who drew them.
Commercial Interior Design
Guest rooms, hotel refurbishments, display suites, restaurants and offices. Most of it is refurbishment inside a trading asset, worked to an operator’s brand standard and a fixed handover date. We specify commercial-grade FF&E for the traffic the room will actually take, document the joinery, procure the package and manage the installation.

Where We Work
A Gold Coast studio that travels.
The studio is in Bundall, minutes from Surfers Paradise and central to everything between Coolangatta and Coomera. Most of our work is here on the Gold Coast — display suites at Jewel, Malo and Remi, apartments at Dawn Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise, family homes at Golden Beach.
The rest we travel to. Brisbane, Sydney, Cairns and Townsville are regular service areas, and we go further when a project calls for it — Rydges Port Macquarie, Mount Martha on the Mornington Peninsula, and ANZ's residential premises in Port Moresby, where our team flew to Papua New Guinea to oversee the installation in person.
