A commercial interior has to survive the guests as well as impress them. We design hotel rooms, suites, restaurants, bars and display suites where the finish schedule is chosen for the traffic it will take, not only for how it photographs on opening night.

Most of our commercial work is refurbishment inside a live asset, against an operator's brand standard and a handover date. We specify, document and procure the whole package — joinery, FF&E, lighting, soft furnishings — and stay on it through installation.

How long does a commercial interior design project take?
It depends on scope. A full guest-room refurbishment for Rydges South Bank ran six months from design to handover; a smaller fitout is considerably shorter. We give you a timeline with the fixed-fee proposal, before you commit.
Who handles council approvals and compliance?
Your builder, certifier or project manager does. We design and document to meet the requirements they set and coordinate with them directly, so the interior is never the thing holding an approval up.
Can you work within a specific budget?
Yes. Tell us the budget at the first consultation and we design to it. Every project is quoted as a fixed fee against clear milestones, so there are no hourly surprises later.
Do you offer free consultations?
