These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Noble House Furniture Pty Ltd, trading as Noble House Design (“Noble House”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services

Noble House provides interior design, commercial fit-out, and furniture supply services. Any project brief, quote, proposal or design presentation we provide is subject to a separate written agreement or engagement, the terms of which will govern the specific services delivered.

Information on this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer. Availability, pricing and lead times may change without notice.

3. Quotes, Orders & Payment

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and are subject to acceptance. Orders are confirmed once we receive any required deposit and written approval. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of GST.

Payment terms will be set out in your quote or engagement. Goods remain the property of Noble House until paid for in full.

4. Custom & Imported Goods

Many of our products are custom-made or imported from selected suppliers. Natural materials such as timber, stone, leather and fabric may vary in colour, grain and texture, and such variation is not a defect. Delivery timeframes for imported and custom items are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing and shipping conditions outside our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, designs, logos, drawings and specifications — is the property of Noble House or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Design concepts, drawings and documentation we prepare remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content or design work for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

6. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful material. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at our discretion.
